Everything We Sell, We Test and Ride
Every kite, every board, every vest and leash – we’ve personally tried them. Not in promo photos, but in the wind, in real conditions. On snow, on water, in the high mountains, in Alaska, in Norway’s freezing plains and glaciers. We also test all equipment in Sicily, where we run our own kite school. We even test kite gear in Alaska.
Norway

Norway is our winter testing ground. There’s no cheating here. It’s where you find out if gear truly works.
In winter, Norway is all about Ozone kites – both inflatable and foil. We test them in powder, on hard ice, and in winds that swirl behind every ridge. Conditions change from hour to hour. You often have to re-pack kites several times to find the right size – and in those moments, you really get to know what suits you best.
We test and compare models like Explore, Hyperlink, R1, EXP V2 and Mach 1. We ride long crossings, uphill hikes, and technical descents. The same gear is used by complete beginners trying their first kite and by experienced riders with dozens of days in the field. This variety helps us know exactly what to recommend to each rider.
Sicily

Sicily is our summer base. We have our own kite school, rental, test center, facilities – and most importantly, the time and space to truly get to know the equipment. We’re in the water almost every day, allowing us to test kites and full setups more thoroughly than anywhere else.
We test and teach on models from Ozone, Core, and North. We study how kites behave in light and strong winds, drift in waves, bar response, stability during jumps, kite loops, hangtime, and unhooked performance.
We also test kite materials – how colors and strength hold up in the sun, how the canopy behaves after weeks on the water, how three-line bridles wear, how lines stretch, and how the bar performs after hundreds of launches.
We test boards, harnesses, helmets, vests, wetsuits, and other gear from Mystic that’s essential for riding. It’s not just about looks – we care about how it works when you’re hooked in for hours a day, for an entire month. If it doesn’t pass, we don’t sell it. If it works, we stand behind it 100%.
Alaska

Alaska is not a trip – it’s a project. It’s hard work. It’s disconnecting from everything you know. If something breaks there, no “warranty” will save you. That’s why we go – because gear that survives Alaska will survive anything: kites, splitboards, freeride equipment.
We Ride What We Recommend

You don’t need a hundred models. You need one that works. And we’ll tell you which one, because we ride in snow, on flat water, in waves, and in the mountains – and our experience lets us recommend what will suit you best.
