CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent given to the controller in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").
3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
   1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send marketing communications and engage in other marketing activities by the controller towards you.
   3.2. The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making as defined in Article 22 of the Regulation.

   5.2. The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization.

Under the conditions set forth in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, or to restrict its processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
   6.2. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data given to the controller at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data before the withdrawal of consent.    6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or is violating the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
